AI for real life, explained clearly
Welcomed. Curious. Empowered.
You already have plenty to think about. AI can help with some of the planning, life admin, writing and decisions taking up time and headspace.

I’m Victoria. I find the useful bits, explain them clearly, and help you make AI work for your real life. You stay in charge.
You are already managing plenty. The question is where AI can take some of the thinking off your plate.
Whether you have never tried AI or already use ChatGPT, there is room here to find help that fits your circumstances.

I am a practical AI educator, and before that I spent nearly ten years teaching.
My work has always been about taking something that feels complicated, working out what actually matters, and explaining it in a way that makes it feel possible.
I started The Gentle AI Project because I kept seeing capable, intelligent people standing slightly outside the AI conversation. Not because they could not understand it, but because so much of what they were being shown was technical, fast, business-focused or written for people who were already inside the room.
I test AI in real life, find the useful bits, and show you how they can help with the things you are already doing.
I am not here to tell you AI is magic or that you should use it for everything. You stay in charge. AI is there to help with the sorting, drafting, planning and thinking.
And if something is overhyped or not worth your time, I am quite happy to tell you that too.
See the next workshopYou might be completely new to AI. You might already use ChatGPT regularly and still feel as though you are mostly figuring it out as you go.
Both are welcome here.
Everything is designed to help you understand what AI can genuinely do, try it on something useful in your own life, and learn enough to keep going with confidence.
Small, friendly sessions where you can try an example or watch me work through it.
You will see what AI can do on real-life examples, learn how to improve an answer that misses the point, and know what to check before you rely on it.
The aim is not to turn you into an AI expert. It is to help you leave with a practical example to try when you are ready, and a clearer sense of how to ask, refine and check.
There is no single right way to use AI.
Some people want detail. Some want quick answers. Some think by talking things through. Some want questions before the AI charges off in the wrong direction.
Take the short quiz to discover how you naturally like to think and work, then see how to make AI fit you rather than the other way round.
Sometimes you know you want AI to make something easier, but you do not yet know what kind of help you need.
Send me a message and tell me what you are trying to do. If I can point you towards something useful, I will.
She brings humanity to the world of AI.
I can use AI to empower me, rather than be overwhelmed by it.
Practical guides and resources for the bits you want to keep, use in your own time and come back to later.
The same plain-English approach as the workshops, in a format you can work through at your own pace.
The first is Find Your AI Style, a practical guide to understanding how you naturally work with AI and turning that into something useful you can reuse.

Start with one ordinary thing that is already taking up headspace.
A list that needs sorting. A message you have been putting off. Too many options to compare. A week that needs planning. Information you need to make sense of.
You do not need to learn everything about AI. You need to find the bits that are useful to you.
