Start with an ordinary job. A prompt is simply the request you give an AI.

Why start here?

AI works better when it has a job to do. “Help me write a reply” gives us a clearer starting point than “help me with everything”.

How this fits the GENTLE Method

Get to know yourself as you notice what helps. Establish your boundaries before sharing details. Name the job. Try the simplest request. Learn from results: what worked, and what needs refining or checking? Evaluate: is this helping? Do you need to extend further, change approach or ease off?
